I think ChatGPT should greet users first when they start a new chat, using different phrases each time. Instead of a generic welcome, it could pick from a variety of greetings, making interactions feel more natural. It could also adapt to user interests (e.g., ‘Hey! Read any good books lately?’ for book lovers) or use time-based greetings (‘Good morning!’).

The toaster should say “hello” to you?
Why is that? You think it is a person?

It can process millions of things a second with non-corruptible memory and it will provide you those simple decencies that you request.
