Performance Degradation and Increased Latency in GPT Models

Hi Community,

I’m experiencing significant performance degradation and increased latency with the GPT models, which is critically affecting our product development for clients. The decline in response quality and the slower processing times are making it difficult to maintain reliable functionality.

This is happeing with Azure OpenAI and OpenAI APIs.

Can anyone provide some insights?

As of now there have been no global issues with the API identified by OpenAI. You can keep track of the status here:

As for Azure, I think the best page for monitoring issues is the following:

However, based on my experience, unless it is a very significant issue, it might take some time to appear there. Additionally, note that latency for OpenAI API calls can vary quite a bit by Azure region and time of the day.
