No one from India is able to make payment from PRO subscription of Chatgpt. Not getting window to put 3d secure pin or otp. This is mostly due to setup with Stripe with India. I’ve attached a snapshot for your reference
Facing the same issue since quite sometime. Is there anyone from India, who could get this solved?
I have so far tried almost all of the debuggin steps they ave listed and thing seems to work. I have even contacted my bank to see what is the failure reason - they said they don’t even see any attempts being made at all.
This is very frustrating as I have tried all the steps - different cards, different browser, cleared cache, contacted bank, made sure internation limits are working. Absolutely nothing has helped.
I even contacted them via support but they they just stopped responding after I have tried what they have suggested without any useful next step to resolve the issue. Also, note that I have been trying to pay for this for last 20 days or more
