OpenAI Fine Tuning Pending for hours

Hi, my fine tuning is pending for hours. I am currently on a paid plan AND the file I am fine tuning is EXTREMELY small.

Does anyone know why?

I am also getting this error message whenever I try to delete the pending fine tune:

The service OpenAI - Delete file/model just returned an error (HTTP 404). Please consult their documentation to ensure your call is setup properly. Raw error: { “error”: { “message”: “Invalid URL (DELETE /v1/models/)”, “type”: “invalid_request_error”, “param”: null, “code”: null } }

The way the return error is structured, looks like you have been sending the request to the wrong URL for some reason. Cross check that once with the open AI documentation and see whether that solves the problem or not
