The browser URL doesn’t update in this case, it just stays as https://platform.openai.com/storage/vector_stores. Additionally, selecting another project from the list doesn’t help, the browser URL stays the same and the same error is shown for the new project.

Did you try "Clicking any vector store in the newly selected project." This should clear the issue.

Still getting this issue. When going to Storage → Vector Stores, I get directed to https://platform.openai.com/storage/vector_stores which gives me the error. It is not possible for me to click any vector store since the error takes its place in that area.

Same as @ma.tt for me, there are none shown at all so can’t click on one.
