Vectorstores.list with second project returns 404

When using vectorstores.list via the API, or even using the OpenAI portal, I get a 404 error. “Vector store not found”. You can see this in the screenshot. This works fine on our primary project and one of our secondary projects. But it doesn’t work on another one of our secondary projects. You’ll note that the error message, “Vector store not found” is either a bug or may be a hint about the root cause. [Cursor_and_Storage_-_OpenAI_API]
