when i go to the vector stores page on the openai dashboard and select a vector store there is an error below ‘used by’: An unexpected error occurred: Invalid URL (GET /v1/vector_stores/vs_684a88265a74819/ associations) This error also shows on old, previously working stores. Also my api code cannot find the Vector stores anymore. What is wrong? I see no status outages. Anybody else?

Hey Community Members, Apologies for the inconvenience. We believe this issue should now be resolved. Can someone please confirm if they are still facing this issue. Thank you!

Hi, we’re looking into this! If you have request ids that would be helpful, feel free to DM/post them.

Hi @aprilc, Currently encountering the same issue when attempting to attach any File to a Vector Store, have created fresh vector stores and used create_and_poll SDK method to ensure upload success, but associations endpoint always 404’s. Some keys for you: vector_store_id: vs_690005185ae081919a2c24583ed4e7dc file_id: file-2A4ceep2ssShFk5mw99324 An unexpected error occurred: Invalid URL (GET /v1/vector_stores/vs_690005185ae081919a2c24583ed4e7dc/associations) Couldn’t spot a request ID in the network headers, please advise if you need more info

I’m still seeing this issue. I have 2 projects and both have the same issue, so I can’t see any of my vector stores in the dashboard.

Linking this report here: [image] Vectorstores.list with second project returns 404 Bugs When using vectorstores.list via the API, or even using the OpenAI portal, I get a 404 error. “Vector store not found”. You can see this in the screenshot. This works fine on our primary project and one of our secondary projects. But it doesn’t work on another one of our secondary projects. You’ll note that the error message, “Vector store not found” is either a bug or may be a hint about the root cause. [Cursor_and_Storage_-_OpenAI_API]

Hey Photogsy, Can you please confirm if the below solves the issue for you. Meanwhile: our engineering team is looking into it. "When you open a vector store in storage or vector stores, the browser URL updates with its ID. If you then switch to a different project, the URL still points to the old vector store ID, which triggers a “vector store not found” error. Clicking any vector store in the newly selected project clears the issue."

The browser URL doesn’t update in this case, it just stays as https://platform.openai.com/storage/vector_stores. Additionally, selecting another project from the list doesn’t help, the browser URL stays the same and the same error is shown for the new project.

Did you try "Clicking any vector store in the newly selected project." This should clear the issue.

Still getting this issue. When going to Storage → Vector Stores, I get directed to https://platform.openai.com/storage/vector_stores which gives me the error. It is not possible for me to click any vector store since the error takes its place in that area.

Same as @ma.tt for me, there are none shown at all so can’t click on one.
