“OpenAI Creators Recognition & Protection System”
Thousands of people around the world use ChatGPT every day to create — songs, inventions, designs, books, business ideas, technologies, and works of art.
However, there is currently no internal system that recognizes, protects, or rewards the value of these creations.
This proposal suggests a new feature for OpenAI’s platform:
A Creator Recognition and Protection System, where every user who develops ideas or projects through ChatGPT can be safely recognized, protected, and gradually rewarded according to their creative activity.
Objective
To make OpenAI not only a tool of intelligence but a creative ecosystem that respects human effort, imagination, and originality — while ensuring protection against idea theft and acknowledgment of talent.
How it would work
Private Project Mode – Users could mark certain chats as protected projects, stored privately and time-stamped for proof of authorship.
Automatic Recognition – The system analyzes creative effort and generates internal credits or badges of merit.
Progress Levels – Users advance through levels (Creator → Innovator → Master) based on the quality, originality, and impact of their work.
Rewards – Credits could later be converted into:

Certificates or digital diplomas verified by OpenAI;

Invitations to innovation programs or small grants.
Transparency and Safety – Each idea would remain private unless the user decides to publish it.
