I am using openai api to get the response from the file. I am using the model gpt-3.5-turbo. I wanted to know is the data getting shared with the openai platform/company by default when i am uploading the file or when I am asking the questions related to the file? How secure is the OpenAI API key ? I found different different answers in the forum. Also i found the " * User Content: When you use our Services, we collect Personal Data that is included in the input, file uploads, or feedback that you provide to our Services (“Content”)" under terms and conditions of OpenAI. Does it saves customer’s data if using OpenAPI API key?
