Open AI posted a "Elevated Alert’ that “there were major system wide issues with ChatGPT”. Which pretty vague, but it affects desktop/website ability to give me pro features even though I am a paid subscriber to Pro, as evidenced by the web versions specifically acknowledgment that I was on Pro meant that I was a Pro subscriber, when I had no access to o1 whatsoever, and even the free GPT-4o is so borked that these problems are completely unacceptable. And get this- as soon as I sent a e-mail to ar.chatgpt.com, I got a bill in my email account stating that I need to resubscribe to ChatGPT Pro, which I clearly already have! I am sure billing for a service that a person already has is illegal by both state and federal law. I am sure this must have happened on a mass scale, anyone else with these issues? Please reply!
