O1 pro mode limit attained Contradiction with being unlimited

I recently subscribe to the pro version of chat gpt with supposedly unlimited access , but today I encountered a n unsuspected error message saying I exceeded the rate limit to wait a bit and try again . wasn’t it supposed to be unlimited ?

Thanks for sharing. I been thinking to change my subscription too. By the way? Do you experienced noticible difference between o1 pro and o1 ? Is it worth upgrading?

How much message did you sent before you reached the limit? Also how much did you need to wait. Could you still use o1? Maybe I’ll find it out soon

Since Europe doesn’t get SORA, it would be fun to at least have a price reduction or unlimited o1 pro.

It is actually unlimited, I had to wait like 30 minutes for the bug of Rate limit exceeded to go away . It was not your usual restriction you had when having gone above your limit for the other plans. I believe it was some bug on the server part . Regarding the difference with o1 , it is better in many ways there are so much less errors , it can remember some old parts of your conversations better , no need to remind it frequently of some content , and the fact that it is unlimited is also a game changer , you can ask event the simpler questions without worrying about exceeding your limit . For the price though, it is still pretty expensive compared to the advantages provided and as mentionned , in Europe we don’t got access to Sora which should in my point of make the price be a bit lesser ?? But in the end I am very enthusiastic I am rooting for the incoming updates for maybe a file handling and some additional features for the pro version

Can you upload documents? Or its only me who experience error?

@dominique.kentsa9: do you still abide by the same impressions a month later?
I also bought the ChatGPT Pro when it was just released, and I’m really reconsidering whether to renew.
I like o1-Pro’s quality (even though it’s slow), but it’s too expensive; BTW, it says “Access to o1 pro mode,” unlike “Unlimited access to o1”, so I’m not sure it’s really unlimited… (x.com)
The other day, I was on o1 Pro and got a terrible answer. I thought maybe my request was routed to a less capable model.
