<no output> from o models with no error

The response to the API call to o models (o3, o1, o3-mini) is simply empty, I see no output in the list. System and User Messages are passed properly, and I can see them in the logs.

We are also a verified organization, so I don’t think it is a matter of protected models.

Does anyone have any ideas what it the reason could be and how to fix it?

I am closing this ticket as I found the issue. Max Token was too small, set on 1,000. changed it to 2,000 and then 10,000, it produced the result.
