Need help for 'insufficient permissions'

Hello, I am a new user for this API, and getting below error message when I try to follow the initial instruction of the OpenAI example. I looked elsewhere (and of course asked ChatGPT) but not able to get answer. Could someone take a look and help out? Thx.

what was the exact call you made?

did you maybe play around with the permissions on the api keys? :thinking:
