I just found out that my account was hacked, and around €1,000 was spent without my authorization. I had set a spending limit of $200 per month, so I’m really confused about how this could have happened.
I reached out to customer support, but I haven’t received any response yet, and I’m feeling a bit lost on what to do next. Does anyone have advice on who I should contact in this situation? Should I reach out to my bank to report the hack? Are there specific steps to follow to try to recover the money?

The developer forum is unable to help with account issues, so you will need to reach out to support as you have done, they should get back to you.
You should revoke any and all API keys you have created and change your password to resecure your account.

But it’s not like you can access API keys by just having access to the account, right? It’s only shown once, when you create it.
idk how they hacked me. I also had a spend limit at 200$/month with the API so i realy dont understand whats happening.

Someone probably got access to your API Key - how or why shouldn’t matter.
Revoke your API Keys immediately.
Check your PC for malware, never share your API Keys and double check if your code contains any sensitive information when sharing or publishing.
