i majorly chat via my chrome browser on my macbook pro ie Device 1 and sometimes i chat on my Android Mobile ie device - 2 and the issue is as under
This entire chat is missing, when a person chats from two devices and hypothetically device 1 have a latest chat and device 2 chat is not auto refreshed and when a person sends a message from device 2 before its chat get refreshed then chat from device also get wiped off
