Making a chatbot that answers questions from a book

Hello everyone!

I have a PDF file with about 30k words. The file contains information about some laws.

I would like to make a chatbot that answers questions whose answers are inside the PDF.

I tried using the OpenAI playground but there is a limit of 4k words.

Can you give me tips on how to achieve this?
