Now I’m worried about could I get my money back, it was a wrong charge, I didn’t ues any other model. and I cannot find any solution in the help centre.

Other models refers to chatgpt-4o-latest I believe.

They are now dumping GPT-4 into “other models”.

but I never use it, didn’t ues anything about GPT-4 series, only GPT-3.5

Is there a definitive list of what models are now categorised as Other?

No. that’s why I’m asking, I don’t know where my money went.

Have you tried exporting the usage activity as a CSV? There it details what model, user and other relevant info that may help you understand.

Export all your activity from here: https://platform.openai.com/organization/usage/activity It should detail what is supposed the “other models” and if it came from API or playground too.
