not interested, but, it would increase your chances of finding someone else if you mentioned how much funding is there (if any), how much money are the others willing to put into the company, if the company is already incorporated, how much % is this person going to get, how much is each founder dedicated to it (is everyone going full time?), what the idea is without getting too specific about it, what do the other founders bring to the table, perhaps a market research paragraph on why your idea is unique and hasn’t been done before
