Logs not available on https://platform.openai.com/logs and https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/data-controls taking too long to load

Today I was unable to view the logs via https://platform.openai.com/logs

It’s saying Your organization limits access to viewing logs in the dashboard

Enable logs to allow Alfred Travel Tech Pty Ltd members to view Responses, stored Chat Completions, and Traces

But it’s been on for all this time - till this afternoon.

I then go to https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/data-controls and it’s a death loop.

Look to team members in org, and observe your own login, if it is an owner, or if you can’t view that either. It is possibly an account takeover hack where another with your login invited themselves as owner. Usage and balance can also indicate intrusion.

Then simply see if you are using the right org and account, both the selection at upper-left, and your correct login.

In the gear icon for profile and personal account, you can log out all, and do the same on chatgpt, forcing login again with 2-factor, assuring that you use the account that should be owner.

Thanks for sharing this @alfredtravel. If log access was working earlier and suddenly stopped, especially with the data controls page stuck in a loop, that doesn't seem right.

Also appreciate the suggestions from @_j. It's worth confirming you're in the correct account and organization and that your role still has the expected permissions.
