Hi,
Currently, the Chat Sessions on the Left Pane of Chat GPT is by default sorted by last updated/recently used.
It’s difficult to manage many ongoing topics/projects.
I think it would be great if it can be organized per folder and sorted ascending like attached image.
Suggested improvements:
- Custom folders/groups for chats
- Expand/collapse sections
- Manual drag-and-drop organization
- Default A–Z sorting option
- Pinning important chats
- Separate “Recent” and “Archived” sections
Left Panel organizational system similar to Notion or Obsidian style would massively improve usability and productivity.
