Keep getting rate limit error despite setting up billing and trying with new keys for over 2 hours

I’ve set up payments and billing with my card, and recharged it with $5. But I keep getting this error:

openai.error.RateLimitError: You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details.

I’ve double and triple checked whether the correct key is being used (generated new keys and tried multiple times). Its been over 2 hours that I’ve set up the billing, so some suggestions about waiting 5-10 mins did not work.

Please suggest what should I do.

It can take up to 24 hours for the payment to be reflected in your rate limits.
