Thanks for all of the latest usability and ergonomics knobs in Codex CLI. They are mind-readers.
Among them:
- Keeping the latest message sticky in view
- Color coding making the tasks or resume list more navigable
- Context aware next step keyboard hints
- The agents view (or the teaser to use it)
- Easy copy on select
- More and more orderly affordances for jumping to the bottom
Just by the way:
It would be nice to have the session name in the status line, last I checked that didn’t work yet.
It’s nice if forking worked again, if it really lets you fork the conversation and keep going in each branch from the same conversation initial context of before the fork. haven’t tried again recently.
The stability across releases and this high level of usability have been far beyond impressive for a CLI toolchain insoafr.
