Hello!

I’m using various OpenAI features in Japan.

This is my first time using this community, so I’m not sure if posting this topic here is appropriate, but I’ll go ahead and post it.

I tried using a third-party unofficial ChatGPT client. I issued an API key on the OpenAI platform and entered that key into the client, but I received a message saying “You have exceeded your usage limit.” (I don’t remember the exact wording, but it was something like that.) I’ve never used an API key before, so why did I get this message?

If there are any restrictions, please let me know.
