I’m experiencing this across multiple platforms - ChatGPT on the MacOS app, Brave Browser, and Safari on iPhone and it’s happening in every conversation.
As the title says, I’ll be in the middle of a conversation, and suddenly everything resets to an empty new chat window. When I try to search for the conversation, it doesn’t show up, nor does it appear chronologically in the history menu.
Sometimes, it randomly reappears in my history after scrolling down to refresh old conversations, though I’m not sure if that actually helps. It’s been happening for at least a week now, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
Any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix it?
