Is this a typo? handle_require[s]_action in openai python package

I feel this could be a typo, since in all other documentations, this parameter is called “handle_required_action” .

TBH i think there should be a better implementation to this. Havinig to write a method which does not exist in the parent class sounds like a very daring move for most folks.
