I’m using the Assistant API in my app, but when I call it, I receive no response. Is the API currently operational, or might there be an error in my implementation?

If it’s undergoing maintenance, where or how can I find out when it will be available again?

Im using AWS to implement the Assistant API

Is your AWS server online?

Has it worked before? It may be that your code is faulty.
