I am getting a similar message from the same email address. I asked chatGPT to send me a reminder notification to correct a glitch the AI was encountering. The bugginess had nothing to do with the task at hand, and I told the AI to ignore any further encounters of the terminal noise. It then asked me if I wanted to be reminded to correct the bug, and I replied “yes”. It then began sending these email alerts daily. I tried to recreate this behavior in other chats, but no success. I haven’t corrected the glitch yet, and am wondering, if and when I do, will the notifications automatically stop?
