Can OpenAI generate a description from an image?

I’ll take a crack at this …
GPT-3 is Text → Text
Dalle-2 is Text → Image
Whisper (on Huggingface) is Audio → Text
Not aware of Image → Text from OpenAI.
But there are certainly others out there that do this.
