Can GPT-4o generate image by (image,text) prompt?

I see GPT-4o website version can already generate images. For example, give it a image and ask it to transfer it. Can API do this as well? I can’t find the document. Thank you!

As of now, image generation over the API is available only for these models:

  • DALL-E 3 (text only)
  • DALL-E 2 (text, image edit, image variation).
