Is it 5H Usage limit is applicable for Indian Users, but still UI Show weekly limit?

The five-hour window and weekly limit can both apply. The current documentation says that local messages and cloud chats share a five-hour window, while additional weekly limits may also apply.
So seeing the weekly counter in the Usage page does not mean the five-hour limit is unavailable or specific to India.
