Could it be used to find alternative programs for existing workflows?

What do you mean by “program” here?
Do you mean that you are currently using a piece of software, and after showing the workflow to Codex, Codex would suggest alternative software?
I think you can already do something close to that by explaining what you are doing, for example using voice input.

Agree - when the users know that they have to EXPLAIN everything, just audio works as well.
Nevertheless, often the audio is just “I klick here and then - there, and here you see …”, Then it is difficult - for AI and humans
