Update regarding usage limits:

I wonder when we will get access via the api

All we know is that it should happen ASAP.

As of 1 day ago, it was “select partners”.

GPT‑6 Astra is rolling out today for enterprises in our Trusted Access Program, with access through API and our Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise plans coming in the coming days.

I know everyone is excited to have your cyber refusals increased from ~50% up to 94%…

Hi @_j . Please give them a chance. Open AI is really making things better. We are actually paying far less for AI services than AI is truly worth. Everything now (including Data Centers and AI) is about making the best use of expensive and/or limited resources. We can keep costs down by more intelligent usage patterns… or we could just pay more for a valuable service. I’ve often wondered why I have to have an immediate response from ChatGPT, for instance. For many years I communicated via email, and I was used to a turnaround time between 1/2 hour and 48 hours. Inference operations can be batched and run during low-load periods. I would be willing to wait longer for a response just to keep prices low. Caveat: I am a casual, nonprofessional user.

this made me laugh more than it should
