Chatsimple is an AI chatbot platform built with ChatGPT, designed specifically for small to medium-sized businesses, aiming to redefine how they engage with their customers. With the ability to integrate seamlessly with the existing knowledge base, Chatsimple offers an intuitive and easy-to-navigate platform.
In this initial release, you can:
• Train your chatbot using our intuitive interface.
• Customize your bot’s behavior to suit your business needs.
• Connect the chatbot to various channels for easy access and communication.
A bit about me:
I am Hao, the founder of Chatsimple. I have been working in the chatbot space for the past five years, including on Google’s Dialogflow team and at Cresta, a unicorn company focused on contact center automation and AI solutions.
I warmly welcome your feedback and suggestions. I didn’t include a confirmation email for registration, so feel free to give it a whirl
