Image generator disappeared. Missing from tools menu

The new image geneartor disappeared for me from the ChatGPT web page yesterday and is still missing. It is no longer in the “View tools” menu where Canvas is. I am using 4o, and have tried all the models. I have tried refreshing page, logging out and in, and using a different web browser. I am a Plus subscriber.

What happened. Help.

I see the same on mobile-web but simply asking for an image does the trick.
