I successfully connected my Interactive Brokers (IBKR) account in ChatGPT, and the connector appears as connected.
However, every request fails immediately with the following error:
“We couldn’t connect your account. Please try again.”
Examples:
- Retrieve account summary
- Retrieve positions
- Retrieve balances
All of them return the same error.
What I have already tried:
- Disconnecting and reconnecting the IBKR connector
- Verifying that the connector still shows as connected
- Retrying from a new chat
The issue appears to occur before any account data is returned.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with the IBKR connector?
