OpenAI doesn’t offer 1-week subscriptions to either ChatGPT Plus or Team subscriptions.
You very likely have fallen victim to another provider with shady practices.
If you can share the name and domain of that service we can hopefully help other users to not end up in the same situation.
I hope you get this resolved. Maybe you can get the money back from your payment provider or by being very consistent when requesting a refund from the company.
I too was scammed by openai’s growth hackers.
I hit my chrome bookmark to chatgpt. com and received a gateway error.
I refreshed and was re-directed to chat.chatbotapp .ai
All of my chat history was gone and after a few chats the interface told me that my free quota for the day was done but I could subscribe for pro, which was a discounted rate compared to chatgpt. com.
similar scenario, I signed up for 12 months thinking it’s open AI and got scammed. And there’s no way to get refund out of them
The use of the OpenAI logo makes it clearly of deceptive intent.
If I’d have made a payment, I’d contact my credit card company and report the transaction as fraudulent.
They’ll refund immediately and handle the dispute.
If enough do it, they’ll flag the company outright.

If you’re really worried, could replace the CC too. if not, keep an eye on transactions for a few months (CC thieves often wait 3 or 4 months before using the card).
You can get a refund. Just fight over it. Today only I got an email from them stating that they are processing full refund.

I started a 7 day ChatGPT “Plus” subscription free trial. During this free trial period, I had closed my debit card along with that bank account. At this point, I am unable to download any apps whether they are free or not. My Apple account claims I have a $19.99 unpaid charge for a ChatGPT Plus subscription. By closing my debit card and bank account, I was cancelling any subscriptions that may have been tied to that debit card or bank account. I have read the Terms of Use and found that if a payment was not successful, the account would
be down-graded to the basic version. My account was not down-graded and the charge was declined, yet I was still being provided the service with a “unpaid” charge remaining on my account. Please see the attached images of OpenAI’s own Terms of Use, as well a conversation with the ChatGPT app itself, which verified the terms of use. I am requesting a refund as I did not authorize this charge. I was billed against the Terms of Use.

You should contact the actual provider of the app that you subscribed to.
