I have ChatGPT Plus but can't create a photo realisitc image in Dall-E?

  1. How do I know if I am using Dall-E 2 or Dall-E 3? My sidebar only says Dall-E with no version.
  2. No matter what prompt, and I’ve tried many, can I get a photo image. When using the free version through bing, I can generate a photo realistic version each time.
