When you press the space bar and press enter, chat-gpt gives a response, i.e. there is no validation.
A space character is a valid token. There is no reason to block it.
If there is fault, it is that space IS stripped, likely the same mechanism that would strip leading or tailing whitespace to increase AI comprehension.
