Gpt-4o responses starting with "[" are always truncated

In chat playground, use this system prompt:
respond with "[hi how are you?]"

Note that it only responds with “[”. Any response starting with “[” truncates at one character.

This is a problem for me because I’m using markdown format to encode URLs causing responses to often start with “[” and truncate.
