I am regularly paying for GPT Plus but I cannot access it

I tried to contact support and waited for a long time but it is not working.
The thing is I purchased Plus membership in February and used it for a month or so, then I was still paying these months and now I need to access it again and I can’t…

I am getting billed every month by in my account it says Free subscription and that I can upgrade to plus. Respectfully , but how is it even possible. My card also expired today btw, so I cannot even change my billing data because it it nowhere to be seen.
Support is not answering and I found out that I could ask here.
I really hope someone has a clue.
