If you are looking to incorporate additional knowledge in response to a specific user query, then in general - if the GPT has web browsing enabled -
users of the GPT have the option to supply a specific website link and instruct the GPT to incorporate information available under the link.
If you are looking for content from other websites to be directly incorporated into the knowledge base of the GPT more permanently, then there is currently no way to directly ask the GPT to pull and upload the information from the website into the knowledge base. Instead, you’d have to perform the information extraction and upload yourself just like you would with other knowledge files.
For a more advanced set-up you could also consider creating an action that would for example allow you to connect with an external database via API.
