Today I performed a few web searches (with GPT-4.1 and the websearch tool), where I asked for a list of links related to jobs/career.
One of those immediately redirected to an NSFW site. This is for an app available to the general public.
Is this expected, and if yes, how do folks here deal with it? I’ve thought of e.g. calling Google’s Web Risk API, but not sure it always helps.
