Hello everyone I wanted to ask, how many chatGPT plus tokens can i use in a day? and how long does it take for them to reset ?
Does me using my own built GPT (in chatGPT’s website’s builder) affect anything? I just use it to set the instructions and files from the start and save time.
Any clues on optimizing prompts so they give only the answer I need instead of long paragraphs consistently?

• Limit: 40 messages every 3 hours.
• Limit: 80 messages every 3 hours.
• Limit: 30 messages per week.
• Limit: 50 messages per day.
