How Do You Track Changes in Your GPT Agents?

Hi everyone, I’ve been working on creating GPT agents for my team and our patients, and it’s a process that involves a lot of tweaking and updating. Every time I make a change, it’s like I have a new version of the agent, and I’m trying to find a good way to keep track of all these versions and changes.

I’m wondering how you all handle this. Do you have any simple methods or tools you use to keep track of the updates you make to your GPTs? Any advice on managing and documenting these versions would be really helpful.

Thanks,
