The best model to select is gpt-3.5-turbo for chat - unless you have a plan for charging more for the quality of gpt-4 that costs 30x as much for token data.

  • Have you ever developed OpenAI chatbot software at all?

You cannot listen in on other people’s conversations who have their own ChatGPT accounts.
