Help explaining charges - support team is unresponsive

Hi! Posting here hoping someone can help explain what we might be getting charged for. OpenAI support has been unresponsive for weeks.
We developed a customer-facing tool using ChatGPT, but it has not been heavily utilized by customers yet. Still, we are being charged hundreds of dollars a month and it’s not clear for what. Could someone help us understand what we are paying for if there are minimal API requests going through? Thank you in advance for any help!

If you have no idea why your usage is going up you need to immediately revoke your API keys and have your chat system audited.

Understanding where the requests are coming from is your responsibility.

I highly recommend what @RonaldGRuckus said.
Revoke all your API-Keys that are in use and generate new ones.

It could be that an API-Key got leaked by you or one of your co-workers or in some other way.

NEVER SHARE YOUR API KEYS
