GPT is not capable create a image with solid white background

Hello,

I would like to report an issue with the DALL-E image generation tool. Previously, I could create many clipart images with a pure white background. However, for at least the past month, the tool has been unable to generate images with a true white background, always adding a shade of white instead.

Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

  • Re-initiating requests to the DALL-E tool.
  • Checking the status of OpenAI systems.
  • Contacting support, but only got responses from a chatbot.
  • Posting on Reddit without success.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Are there known solutions, or should I report this to OpenAI’s technical support?

Same problem for me. ChatGPT says it has generated on a white background while it is clearly a shade of grey.

Same problem. If I specify the style - photography- or -product photo- then the background is mostly white. But this does not work for illustrations. And I don’t know how fix it
