The flex option now just almost never works. I have reported the same arror to support several times and there is now even a standard response that they are having problems.
However the status.openai.com shows everything is fine. Very frustrating and unreliable.

Have the same problem. flex gives now only 500 errors

I am observing this behavior as well. All flex requests are failing with 500 errors and will raise this with the team .

We have been actively reporting these issues for two months now though all known OpenAI support platforms. No solution has been provided.
We have spent so many hours debugging these issues which in return cause other issues like described here.

I raises when I call, CreateCompletionAsync
It began when I exceded the free pl… an, but I set a payment method and still the same,
System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: A task was canceled
Any Ideas?
Please escalate the issue or consider disabling the feature as a whole as you are not doing anyone a favor given the state of this service.

Thank you for sharing! I have added this to the report, along with a few request IDs from my reproduction and the script I used.
I hope this will be resolved quickly.

Re-running the same tests a few hours later and the issue appears to be gone, for now.
