If you picked a different chat mode for GPT-4 then the standard, that can disable the vision. That’s at the top when you have a new chat and you have the two models to select from, you have all the different GPT-4 modes. You go back to the top option.
See if that isn’t the issue. You can also go back to another conversation where you were doing computer vision image uploads and see if it is back.
