Still not working for me … been 5 days. Tried via Discord, via help.openai.com … nothing

How is it a small group ? Have you checked discord, there is no proper communication method for these things.

The Help site doesn’t provide anything to contact support, it feels like it’s the standard ‘move you around and keep you busy’ business website.

I perfectly understand downtime and issues can happen but having no communication channel and also getting the ‘small group so it went unnoticed’. Yeah, as a ‘customer’ I feel I’ve been treated like crap.

what’s about your situation? is it suddenly good for u? did you get any email or response from openai to notify u about that?

I just loged out and loged in, I finally get response from gpt-4.


It seems OpenAI doesn‘t know how this problem comes out either. Is it possible this is about the AI itself, or say, GPT doesn’t want to respond to some chosen account?

Same here, GPT 4 not working since 3 days, 3.5 works fine.

GPT-4 wasn’t working for me for 3 days. I sent an email to support@openai.com yesterday. They didn’t reply so fat, but I just checked to confirm and now GPT-4 seems to be working.

Started to work for me again last night around 9pm. So it was down for about 48 hrs. I wonder what caused it? I’ll have to read all these threads. Maybe I’ll get an answer there.

FIREFOX WORKS! I used chrome and Edge and figured it was not the browser, but firefox works fine!

What’s the situation like now?

Is your Plus account now able to use GPT-4?

A few days ago, when I first started looking at it, it had 40 views, and now it’s at 3.4k views. My impression is that OpenAI helped us solve the problem within a day or two of this post being made. So, are there still some people who are unable to use it now?

There are still some ongoing issues the team is working on related to this, thanks again for being patient. I am going to close this thread as it has gotten super long and I want to make sure whatever people are reporting is related to the original post. Thanks again for hanging in there with us!
