I’m dead having the same problem. I’m also having the issue where its claiming i’m using adult content. I use Chatgpt to help me write stories since i’m really bad with my words. Trust me the content is not bad at all. I don’t tend on sharing my stories anyway they’re like amongst me and one or two friends thats it. Using ChatGpt helps me with my wording and i’m grateful but the errors are so frustrating.

So happy I found this community. I got the same error and now I guess I need to figure out a way to find a shortcut to re train it. I don’t event get the option to type in another question, it got stuck on a loop, only option to re generate response and then the error message… aummmm!

I actually figured out what this error is and how to address it by asking chatGPT in a new chat.
Basically, once the conversation gets too long, the model has to start forgetting information in order to keep up. Something about your message may be calling back to something previous that the bot can’t remember anymore. You either have to remind it of your information, or find a way to remove the referenced information from your new message. Making it shorter was also an option it mentioned.
I also didn’t have the option to write a new message, but what is possible to do is to edit the last message before the error. Check the screenshot with the step-by-step posted in this topic. Did you try it this way?
